Hybrid – Medellín
- Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CDT)
- Contract:
Indefinite Term
- Salary:
$2,420,000 COP + Bonuses

? What You'll Do
- Provide administrative and operational support for international logistics and freight forwarding processes.
- Review, organize, and maintain shipping documentation and operational records.
- Enter, update, and verify shipment information in internal systems and TMS platforms.
- Prepare and process documents related to import and export shipments.
- Monitor documentation status and follow up on missing or incomplete information.
- Coordinate internally with operations teams, customers, carriers, and other stakeholders through email and digital platforms.
- Ensure shipment records, dates, references,



and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, document control, and other back-office logistics activities.
- Follow established procedures and ensure compliance with customer and operational requirements.

✅ What We're Looking For
- At least
1 year of experience
in
logistics, freight forwarding, import operations, export operations, or a related field
.
- Experience handling
logistics documentation and administrative processes
.
- Familiarity with
TMS, ERP, or logistics management systems
is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good written communication skills, especially through email.
- Intermediate
English level (B1–B2 or higher)
.
- Comfortable working with
Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
.
- Willingness to work in a
hybrid setup in Medellín
.
