We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to oversee our

marketplace operations on Amazon and Walmart. In this role, you will be responsible for

keeping our online bakery shop running smoothly day-to-day—from managing product listings

and optimizing catalog data to handling customer inquiries, managing prices, and tackling

platform support cases.

If you have hands-on experience navigating Seller Central and Walmart Partner Center, solving

catalog errors, and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings, we’d love to have you on our

team.

Key Responsibilities

● Create, update, and maintain high-converting product listings on Amazon Seller Central

and Walmart Partner Center.

● Troubleshoot suppressed listings, search suppression, title mismatches, and imagery

errors.

● Submit update requests to platform support teams to fix incorrect attributes, titles, bullet

points, or product categorizations.

● Regularly monitor open cases on Amazon Seller Support and Walmart Partner Support.

● Investigate account health issues, listing suspensions,



or policy flags, and work directly

with support reps until cases are resolved.

● Audit inventory levels across seller accounts to prevent overselling or inactive listing

flags.

● Monitor and respond promptly to direct customer messages, inquiry tickets, and platform

messages within required SLA timeframes.

● Track and reply to product reviews and seller feedback in accordance with platform

guidelines and our brand voice.

● Address order issues, shipping inquiries, and refunds gracefully to maintain strong seller

performance metrics.

● Update and maintain product pricing, promotional discounts, and seasonal offers across

both channels.

● Track pricing accuracy to avoid buy-box losses or automated price suppression.

Qualifications & Requirements

● Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or

Walmart Partner Center.
