Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support (KPI Target):
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, maintaining a strict
2-minute SLA
for response times.
- Dispatching & Logistics:
Efficiently manage and dispatch service technicians,



optimizing schedules and routes for timely client appointments.
- Data Management:
Log service requests, update customer records, and maintain accurate dispatching information across relevant systems in real-time.
- Client Communication:
Communicate proactively with clients regarding service status, appointment confirmations, and any potential delays.
- Issue Resolution:
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and brand trust.
- Team Collaboration:
Collaborate directly with field teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational alignment.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience:
Proven track record in a customer service or dispatching role, specifically within a service-oriented industry (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Technical Proficiency:
