*Patient Sales & Scheduling Coordinator — 100% Remote*

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated professional to join a growing cosmetic dentistry team in a fully remote role.

This is not a traditional receptionist position. The role combines sales, appointment scheduling, patient coordination, calendar management, follow-up, and digital communication.

The adecuado candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable speaking with prospective patients, and confident moving conversations toward scheduled appointments.

English is not required, but it is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, phone, text, and other digital channels.
- Convert qualified inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Follow up consistently and professionally with prospective patients who have not yet booked.
- Re-engage previous leads and conversations.
- Manage new appointments, rescheduling, cancellations, reminders, and confirmations.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date calendar.




- Follow up before appointments to help reduce no-shows.
- Support post-visit follow-up and continued patient engagement.
- Engage with social media messages and conversations in a warm and professional manner.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in sales, customer service, appointment setting, or patient coordination.
- Is comfortable asking for the appointment, following up, and moving conversations toward a decision.
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations and scheduling needs.
- Is self-motivated and productive while working remotely.
- Takes initiative without needing constant supervision.
- Is comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, scheduling platforms, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
- Ideally has experience in dental, cosmetic dentistry, aesthetics, med spa, plastic surgery, beauty, wellness, or another high-touch client environment.
