We are looking for a
Legal Partner
to join our Legal team and provide legal guidance on
labor and employment matters
, supporting internal teams in decision-making, compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise internal teams on labor and employment matters.

• Support hiring, termination, disciplinary, and labor-related processes.

• Draft and review employment contracts, legal documents, policies, and internal guidelines.

• Manage and support labor-related claims, petitions, and administrative proceedings.

• Provide legal guidance on workplace harassment and other employment matters.

• Identify legal risks and provide practical solutions to business stakeholders.

• Leverage
AI and LegalTech tools
to improve legal processes and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

•




Professional degree in Law and valid Colombian professional license (Tarjeta Competente).

•
3–5 years of experience
in labor and employment law.

• Strong knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and disciplinary processes.

•
B2 English
, with advanced conversational and written communication skills.

• Knowledge or interest in
AI, LegalTech, or technology applied to legal processes
.

• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
