What you will be doing:

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of TPA setup, billing, invoicing, reconciliation, collections, and financial reporting while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and optimize cash flow.

The idóneo candidate is a highly organized and analytical finance professional with extensive experience in billing operations, reconciliations,



and financial analysis. They are comfortable working with large data sets, financial systems, and reporting tools, and can independently manage a portfolio of TPA-managed engagements while identifying process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

This is a temporary position requiring an individual who can quickly contribute, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and collaborate effectively across Finance Operations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 – 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Billing, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or a related financial operations role.
- Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, payment processing, and financial reconciliation processes.
- Experience managing complex financial transactions and client billing portfolios.
- Experience supporting Third-Party Administrator (TPA) billing operations. (nice to have)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills,
