What We’re Looking For:
- 6–7+ years
in Networking/Information Security with
3+ years of SASE
experience.
- Strong customer-facing background with the ability to
troubleshoot issues and manage customer relationships
.
- Hands-on expertise with
Netskope, Zscaler, and Prisma SASE
.
- Strong networking fundamentals:
BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs
.
- Enterprise-level experience in
SASE architecture, design, and troubleshooting
.
- Excellent
English + local-language communication
and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working
Bogotá business hours
and handling technical escalations/firefighting.
