- Managing financial transactions and ensuring records are always up to date.
- Handling calls and emails with insurance companies to provide account updates and resolve queries.
- Processing and verifying billing and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintaining precise financial records and verifying insurance and account details.
- Preparing monthly reports for internal teams and clients.
- Supporting audits by organizing records and providing necessary documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with data security policies and maintaining strict confidentiality.
