Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Occasional Saturdays may be required
Occasional Saturdays may be required.
Although weekends are generally off, you can work Saturdays at time and a half hourly rate.
Must remain attentive to leads on weekends via the mobile app; if a hot lead or contract sends a
text, you must respond promptly. Complete disconnection from the job is not an option.
Requirements:
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate
Native or C1 English proficiency
Stable internet connection and desktop computer (No laptops)
Working microphone and webcam




Comfortable providing a Loom introduction video
Eagerness to grow within the company culture
Must LOVE sales, calling, talking to people, and negotiating
Responsibilities:
Must have perfect English and be hungry for success
Experienced negotiator to be a real estate closer
Receiving 10-15 leads daily
Daily KPIs: 80-100 dials on our dialer, 3-5 offers to sellers, about 2 hours of talk time
Securing 2 contracts per week (8 contracts per month), with expected revenue of $50-75K per
month
From day one, follow up with existing bids and get on new lead rotations
Handling both outbound and inbound leads, with inbound leads being more motivated
Training directly from the CEO and Sales Manager
Utilizing FollowUpBoss CRM for lead management
Internal communication will be on Discord
