The Team
Our Financial Restructuring Advisory team is an established and high performing team within A&M; Colombia with focus on all aspects of financial and operational restructuring and turnaround initiatives both in and out of bankruptcy or financial distress. We are looking to expand this team further by adding an experienced and highly Manager.
How you will contribute
- Advise companies, investors,



lenders or any other stakeholders facing distressed situations; assess Group‑level financial performance in addition to high‑level studies of the financial viability of subsidiary companies
- Conduct Independent Business Reviews, Initial diagnostic assessment of key issues and business outlook, appraisal of options & contingency planning and cash flow assessments
- Evaluate business plans and financial projections, including assessments of risks and opportunities - Contribute to performance monitoring following business plan implementation
- Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders in the community through the delivery of value‑added client engagements

Qualifications
- Graduated Finance, Business and / or Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience within a Restructuring projects or distressed situations
- Experience contributing to restructuring projects that can include; independent business reviews, short term cash flow assessments, capital structure analysis and lender restructuring options analysis
