DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our expanding onsite team in Medellin, Colombia
Role Summary
The Scheduler is the primary point of contact for participants in our data collection studies. They manage outreach by phone and email, confirm availability, and coordinate scheduling to ensure a smooth study experience.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate participant scheduling for study appointments according to project requirements
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with courtesy and professionalism
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, and maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments using internal scheduling software
- Liaise with onsite study staff to ensure smooth participant flow and efficient operations
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards of the study
- Answer questions participants may have in a professional and timely manner




- Remind participants of upcoming appointments
- Communicate schedule changes to participants and onsite study staff
- Act as liaison between participants and Project Manager
- Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur

Role Requirements – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Professional level of English is required. Applicants must pass an English proficiency test to qualify for the role
- The work environment should be quiet, distraction-free, and have a professional background for participant calls and team meetings
- Must possess outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills, including phone, email, and electronic media communications
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong prioritization skills and a proven ability to learn quickly
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
