What you’ll do
- Lead and develop the pricing team
- Ensure SLA compliance (turnaround times)
- Oversee quote quality and margin logic
- Handle escalations and complex scenarios
- Drive process improvements
- Report on performance and productivity
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Must have:
- 4+ years in freight pricing
- 2+ years leading teams
- Strong knowledge of Air, Ocean & Inland
- Advanced Excel
- Advanced English
- Nice to have:
- Experience in shared services or BPO
