Build Beach Avenue Financial's sales function from the ground up by defining the commercial strategy, generating new business opportunities, closing high-value clients, and creating the processes, tools, and playbooks that will enable the future growth of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.




- Define the Idóneo Customer Profile (ICP), target segments, and value proposition.
- Develop and refine our go-to-market strategy and commercial positioning.
- Identify new verticals and expansion opportunities across the U.S. market.

Business Development & Sales Execution
- Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through closing.
- Generate qualified opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and strategic prospecting.
- Build relationships with founders, executives, and decision-makers.
- Lead discovery meetings, presentations, proposal discussions, and contract negotiations.

Sales Operations & Process Building
- Implement and optimize our CRM (Pipedrive) and establish an effective sales workflow.
- Design and manage the sales funnel, pipeline stages, KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting processes.
