Overview

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative with a background in healthcare to join our growing team. The idóneo candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of healthcare operations, and experience handling patient intake and triage efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls related to patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and healthcare services.
- Conduct standard triaging to determine the appropriate level of care or next steps for patients.
- Perform accurate data entry for patient intake, ensuring all information is properly documented in the system.
- Maintain wrap‑up time under 60 seconds after each call to ensure efficiency and service quality.
- Adhere to established accuracy and productivity standards.




- Manage sensitive patient information with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, providers, and administrative staff to support smooth patient coordination.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone at all times.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare call center or similar environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, triaging procedures, and patient intake processes.
- Strong computer and data entry skills with attention to accuracy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining service quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of patient privacy and compliance standards.
