Description:
We’re hiring a Fractional Design Strategist (1099 Contractor) to help us deliver a high-touch experience to the brand and business leaders we serve. You’ll play a key role in managing internal coordination, supporting our strategic delivery process, and ensuring smooth execution across client engagements.

What You’ll Own
Client Onboarding & Campaign Setup
- Collect LinkedIn credentials and understand each client’s campaign goals.
- Set up and configure outbound tools and workflows, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Prosp (or equivalent).
- Prepare and present Segmentation & Messaging strategy documentation and copy for client review and approval.

Client Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Launch, monitor, and manage outbound messaging sequences using SN, Prosp, or Ulinc.
- Troubleshoot automation issues, test performance, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance regularly and proactively recommend optimizations to improve results.

Client & Internal Reporting Hygiene
- Track outbound campaign performance metrics.
