Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in interior flooring products, with a focus on engineered hardwood and specialty flooring categories. Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with sample recipients by phone, email, and text to move them toward an order.
- Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers in their preferred language.
- Answer product, pricing, and availability questions.
- Help customers with measurements — square footage, material needed, and waste/overage.
- Perform accurate mental calculations on the spot.
- Log all follow-ups in the CRM and hand off orders to sales/fulfillment.





Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Solid grasp of flooring measurements.
- Able to do quick, accurate mental math without a calculator.
- Sales, customer service, or inside-sales experience preferred.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with CRM tools.
