What You'll Do
Design electrical systems for data centers, focusing on power distribution, emergency power systems, and lighting. Conduct power load calculations and capacity planning to ensure scalability. Select and specify electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate electrical systems with HVAC infrastructure.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on data center infrastructure. Proficient in designing electrical systems and performing load calculations. Strong knowledge of industry standards such as Uptime Institute and NEC. Hands-on experience with design tools like AutoCAD and ETAP.
