About The Role

You will own how customers experience Nu across saving, spending, and credit, balancing growth, unit economics, and simplicity at scale. The role combines strategy and execution, with ownership across Cards, Yield, Financing, Payments, and Partnerships.

You’ll lead complex launches and migrations, and own critical business levers including pricing, credit line performance, asset growth, churn and retention, as well as partner operations scalability.





This role sits at the core of Nu Colombia’s portfolio strategy and requires strong judgment to navigate trade-offs between growth vs. profitability, engagement vs. churn, and portfolio complexity vs. customer clarity, while delivering impact at scale.

You’ll be responsible for
- Owning the end-to-end customer experience across saving, spending, and credit for a high-value customer segment in Colombia.
- Leading strategy and execution across a multi-product portfolio, including Cards, Yield, Financing, Payments, and Partnerships.
- Defining and driving portfolio and preference strategy, translating complex goals into a clear, simple, and scalable product offering.
- Owning and optimizing critical business levers such as pricing, unit economics, credit line performance, asset growth, churn, and retention.
