We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive – Americas to join our Medellín‑based team. The role focuses on growing market share in North America, closing deals with large fitness chains, shaping sales strategy, and building strong client relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell to gym chains ranging in size from 5 to 1,000 locations.
- Lead a full (complex) sales cycle (3‑12 months) involving internal and external stakeholders to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Understand stakeholder and account needs, and consult on how Virtuagym will help them become more successful.
- Use the network of existing customers, partners, and colleagues to move deals forward.
- Run online product demos and meetings.
- Conduct prospecting activities (account research, social selling, proactive e‑mail outreach, cold calling) to generate new pipeline; majority of time in the first 3‑6 months.
- Work closely with Enterprise Marketeer to align account‑based marketing activities with pipeline and target accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in Salesforce following the sales process.
- Collaborate with other enterprise account executives on deals to reach department and individual targets.
- Lead and be responsible for RFI and RFP processes and responses.
- Participate in events (e.g., conferences) to facilitate relationship building and sales opportunities.
- Work actively with product to submit development requests.
- Collaborate with Key Accounts team to run successful experience and pilot programs, ensure successful implementations, and discuss sales forecast.
- Ensure high‑quality onboarding of new colleagues.
- Coach team members to meet departmental duties and client expectations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, running the full sales cycle (3‑9 months).
- Graduate with at least a bachelor’s degree.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment with flexibility and creativity.
