Role and responsibilities
- Project management of corporate finance client transactions – acquisition, sale,



fund raise covering:
- Project preparation – project planning, transaction strategy, buyer & target universe, documentation.
- Marketing – counterparty campaign management and negotiation.
- Closing – LOI/HOTs agreement, project management of due diligence (VDR) and completion.
- Proven financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Lead a specific market and industry, including market research, business development, marketing materials & campaigns, client onboarding, industry insights, internal progress reporting
- Manage professional service teams and resources in different geographies and ensure project deadlines and targets are achieved.
- Capability to win new business and develop areas of service offering.
