The Opportunity
Global Enablement Manager – FAB Collect plays a critical role in accelerating the growth and adoption of Teleperformance’s AI‑powered collections solutions across all geographies. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, product, and transformation, acting as a general orchestrator to drive pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and successful commercialization of FAB Collect.
- The Enablement Manager will:
- Drive revenue acceleration by supporting regions in identifying and closing AI collections opportunities
- Ensure consistency and scalability of FAB Collect best practices across markets
- Translate market feedback into product evolution
- Build capabilities across teams through targeted enablement programs
- Act as a strategic partner in high‑impact client engagements
This role is essential to position FAB Collect as a core growth engine for TP’s AI‑first strategy.
