You will apply adult learning theory, develop varied curricula across online, ILT, and vILT formats, and ensure materials meet quality standards.
A BA/BS in Education or Instructional Design and a professional portfolio are required; familiarity with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Agile cycles is highly valued.
