Overview
Customer Master Data Team Lead, Customer Masterdata & Contract Management – Sanofi
Location: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia
Responsibilities
- Supervise the team that delivers the best service for master data management to internal customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Monitor KPIs and data quality, analyze deviations from targets and drive corrective actions
- Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
- Manage stakeholders, both internal and external
- Coach Master Data Analysts; team size is 7-10 FTEs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Master Data Management, Sales Order Management, Requests and Disputes Management, Credit Risk and Credit Data Management, Collections and Customer Contact Management, Cash Application and Receivables Management, AR month-end closing, reporting and non-trade invoice management
- Ensure master data is captured and maintained in the ERP with proper documentation, supporting accurate sales order management and reducing claims due to data issues




- Collaborate with neighboring functions; ensure standardized interactions
- Monitor operational KPIs and compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines
- In coordination with the Master Data Manager and local stakeholders, elaborate remediation action plans and promote continuous improvement of the requests & disputes management process
- Provide supervision and coaching to Master Data Analysts; share expertise
- Anticipate workload and allocate resources for effective and efficient delivery
- Oversee employee lifecycle management (recruit, evaluate, develop, reward, retain)
- Address performance issues and make recommendations for personnel actions
- Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and teamwork; advise on actions to improve retention and engagement
