Compensation:

Remote (for residents of Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama).

? About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Legal Assistant / Paralegal, not a managerial role, to directly support the internal legal team on Corporate M&A;, fund formation, and compliance processes.
This is an execution-focused role, with real ownership of day-to-day legal tasks.
- Provide direct, hands-on support on Corporate M&A; transactions, including:
- due diligence, closings, investments, exits, and board-related matters.
- Support fund formation and investor documentation.
- Perform and manage OFAC, KYC, AML checks and regulatory filings.
- Organize and maintain data rooms and legal documentation.
- Coordinate daily with legal, finance, and investment teams in the U.S.
