BloomGuarden is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to centralize, analyze, and visualize data across Marketing, CRM, Leasing, Operations, and Revenue, delivering a single source of truth for the organization.
This role builds dashboards, develops reports, analyzes the end-to-end customer journey, identifies business trends, audits and optimizes marketing/CRM automation workflows, and delivers actionable insights that support decision-making across Rent Ready Homes and other assigned brands.
