Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume recruitment operations in our Barranquilla site as we prepare for significant growth and large-scale hiring ramps in 2026. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, building scalable hiring strategies, and leading a team of recruiters to consistently meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining quality, compliance, and a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute high-volume recruitment strategies to support large agent classes and operational ramps.
- Translate workforce plans and hiring forecasts into actionable recruiting plans.
- Partner closely with Operations, Training, HR, and Workforce Management to align hiring timelines with business needs.
- Support hiring across multiple programs, including ramp-ups, backfills,



and specialized roles as required.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and senior recruiters.
- Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning.
- Build bench strength within the TA team to support future growth.

Operational Excellence & Process Management
- Ensure consistent use of ATS workflows, compliance standards, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate quality.
- Partner with global or regional TA leadership on standardization initiatives and best practices.
- Support implementation of new tools, assessments, and sourcing strategies.

Data, Reporting & Metrics
- Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics including:
- Time-to-fill
- Interview-to-hire ratios
- Offer acceptance rates
- Class fill rates
