Role Purpose

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for centralizing, analyzing, and visualizing business data across Marketing, CRM, Leasing, Operations, and Revenue to provide a single source of truth for the organization.

This role builds dashboards, develops reports, analyzes the end-to-end customer journey, identifies business trends and performance gaps, audits and optimizes marketing/CRM automation workflows, and delivers actionable insights that support decision-making across Rent Ready Homes and other assigned brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards in Metabase, Looker Studio, and other BI tools.
- Create weekly and monthly executive reports.
- Analyze the complete customer journey, from lead generation through signed lease.
- Monitor marketing, CRM, leasing, occupancy, and revenue performance.
- Identify funnel bottlenecks, conversion opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
- Audit and optimize automation workflows in Go High Level (lead routing, nurture sequences, follow-up cadences) to close gaps identified through reporting.




- Consolidate data from platforms such as AppFolio, Go High Level, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM systems.
- Ensure KPI accuracy and maintain standardized reporting across brands.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to the Marketing Director and Brand Managers.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Marketing Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience creating dashboards and executive reports.
- Ability to translate data into business insights.
