The Qualifications We Seek
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, or a related role
- Excellent written communication skills with a professional, friendly, and client-focused approach
- Positive, proactive attitude with the flexibility to manage ad hoc tasks
