Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows and automation systems
- Architect scalable operational processes across internal and client-facing environments
- Build and optimize workflow automations using AI and integration platforms




- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI and automation
- Integrate systems, APIs, CRMs, and operational tools
- Collaborate with leadership on AI strategy and implementation planning
- Support automation initiatives across operations, reporting, compliance, customer service, and internal systems
- Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and workflow improvements
- Assist with solution design, process mapping, and implementation planning
