What You'll Do
Architect and manage autonomous AI agents to streamline the sales lifecycle. Develop intelligent systems for researching prospects and handling inbound communications. Build AI-powered campaign management systems and dynamic lead nurturing workflows. Integrate AI agents with marketing platforms and continuously evaluate campaign performance.
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of experience in Growth Engineering, Marketing Engineering, or related technical roles. Experience building AI-powered workflows or autonomous agents. Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM-based applications. Advanced English level required for communication.
