Work model, sponsorship, relocation:
This is a field-based position supporting customers throughout the assigned territory, with Medellin serving as the primary location. Regular travel within the territory is required, including occasional overnight travel.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Provide clinical and technical support to physicians and hospital staff before, during and after urology procedures, ensuring the safe and effective use of Boston Scientific products.
- Deliver product education and procedural training to physicians, nurses and other health care professionals to support clinical excellence and product adoption.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers by understanding their clinical and business needs within the assigned territory.
- Partner closely with the Regional Sales team, Clinical Lead and Clinical Management to support account strategies, customer cases and commercial objectives.
