WHAT YOU'LL DO

We’re looking for a Legal Associate to join Clara’s Legal team in Colombia.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring Clara’s local operations remain compliant,
well-documented, and legally sound. Working closely with our Legal Lead and
global teams, you'll manage operational legal work that supports our business
goals while reducing risks.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, NDAs, and corporate
documentation

* Providing legal support across internal teams — especially Sales, Finance,
and Operations

* Supporting Clara’s compliance with Colombian regulations, especially related
to data protection and AML frameworks

* Managing communications and deadlines with regulatory bodies, including the
Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, with support from senior counsel

* Assisting in responses to administrative request
