HR, Recruiting & Training Colombia Remote Lead Full-Time Jul 29, 2026
What You'll Do
Take end-to-end ownership of recruiting for critical business positions, ensuring successful closure of complex and senior-level requisitions. Maintain an average time-to-fill of 45 days or less for all assigned requisitions while ensuring high-quality hires. Establish yourself as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, providing expert market insights and co-creating effective interview plans.
What We're Looking For
6-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2-3 years focusing on senior-level roles in a high-growth technology company. Proven track record of hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineers and Product Managers. Fluency in English and Spanish is highly required.
