Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of the Integral HR Technology in Globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Lead QAT Strategy, Governance & Risk Management: Define and execute end-to-end QAT strategies aligned with business requirements and system architecture, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, UAT methodologies, and the Bank’s risk appetite. Provide formal sign-off,



identify risks, and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory expectations.
- Own End-to-End UAT Planning, Coordination & Delivery: Design and oversee UAT plans, test scenarios, and execution, managing project releases into test environments, coordinating code deployments, and ensuring optimal use of testing resources. Evaluate outcomes and provide go/no-go recommendations for production readiness.
- Act as Functional QA SME for Complex Systems & Integrations: Serve as the senior subject matter expert (SME) in functional testing, with deep knowledge of HR systems, integrations, and UAT environments. Provide technical guidance to teams and vendors, ensuring high-quality validation of complex, multi-system solutions.
- Drive Test Execution, Defect Resolution & Quality Assurance: Lead and monitor testing activities across multiple initiatives to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Manage defect
