Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates across the US market.Source talent for a broad range of positions, including operational, professional, mid-level, and senior-level roles across multiple functions.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
Utilize sourcing tools and channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
Implement innovative candidate engagement strategies to increase response rates and enhance the overall candidate experience.
Conduct talent mapping and labor market research to identify target talent pools and emerging hiring trends.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs and provide talent market insights.
