Overview

The Junior Motion Designer creates engaging animated, video, and short‑form digital content to boost brand awareness and drive engagement. This role is responsible for editing, light animation, and visual storytelling, transforming concepts into polished, on‑brand videos optimized for digital platforms. They specialize in using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to ensure high‑quality execution from provided storyboarding through final delivery.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Asset Creation:




Design and produce high‑quality, on‑brand motion graphics, animated logos, kinetic typography, title sequences, and short‑form video assets for digital advertising. Work with typography, moving footage, still imagery, patterns, and additional brand assets to bring storyboards to life.
Conceptualization:
Develop storyboards, animatics, and creative concepts based on marketing strategy and campaign goals, combining strong design principles with animation and visual storytelling.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, editors, and broader creative teams to produce cohesive, on‑brand video content and ensure alignment from concept through final delivery.
Production & Editing:
Edit footage and integrate motion graphics and light animation into video projects, ensuring polished execution across all deliverables.
