Summary/Objective
The Graphic Designer is responsible for implementing design adaptations and translations of existing creative assets across multiple formats and media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. This role focuses on resizing, reformatting, and localizing key visuals and layouts for print, digital, and social media platforms. It requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within established design systems. The designer collaborates closely with the creative, production, and project management teams to deliver high-quality assets that meet both creative standards and production specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Adapt existing master creative layouts into a variety of formats and specifications (digital banners, social media, print ads, OOH, etc.)
Ensure consistency and alignment with the original design concept and brand identity.




Work with production teams to make necessary revisions or updates to layouts based on feedback or technical requirements.
Maintain version control and organization of adaptation files.
Prepare and package final mechanicals and production-ready files.
Follow established templates, guidelines, and toolkits provided by the creative team.
Ensure deliverables are executed on time and with the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with Art Directors, Project Managers, and Traffic/Production teams to clarify adaptation needs.
Apply client feedback and corrections with precision and efficiency.
Conduct basic quality assurance checks prior to file release.
Comply with all Company policies as described in the Employee Manual.
