Job Overview:
The Workforce & Finance Analyst will report to the Colombia Financial &
Compliance Controller and be responsible for partnering with Operations Team
Leadership on the support, implementation and compliance of team member working
shifts and hours established by Operational Team Leaders.

This position acts as a bridge between Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and
our external payroll provider, ensuring accurate reporting of workforce data and
staffing coverages, analyzing cost efficiency opportunities, and supporting
payroll execution performed by the external payroll provider.

The Analyst will support leadership by (i) providing operational validation of
working hours for payroll preparation, (ii) focusing on the preparation, review,
and approval of payroll
