This position is with a U.S.-based pest control company operating across multiple states with a high-volume inbound sales model powered by multi-channel marketing. The company is known for its structured leadership, strong onboarding programs, and direct investment in its people from the top down. This role sits at the center of the sales operation — the person in this seat ensures no lead goes unrouted, no AI error goes unnoticed, and sales managers stay focused on coaching instead of admin.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assign inbound leads and tasks in real time
- Ensure rapid lead response times (often within minutes) and follow SLA requirements
- Manually create leads or cards when automation fails
- Monitor multiple lead sources simultaneously (LSA, Yelp, Meta, Cinch, email, and more)
- Send and manage follow-up communications via text and email
- Update daily reporting (Daily Branch Summary, sales metrics)
- Handle ad-hoc reporting and data requests from leadership
- Conduct audits on lead source accuracy, AI-generated tasks, unassigned leads, and void or deleted leads
- Maintain documentation, training boards, and internal processes
- Support scheduling and handling of AI-generated and eCommerce leads
Requirements:
- High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
