About the Role

We are hiring
three full-time Content & Social Media Creators
to join our in-house marketing team in Medellín.

This is a hands-on creative role for people who genuinely enjoy producing content for the internet. You should understand TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC-style content, memes, social media trends, and the type of content that feels native to each platform.

Short-form video will be a major part of the role, but you will also create graphics, campaign assets, infographics, social posts,



and other visual content for Decibel’s global channels.

We are looking for people who can take an idea from concept to execution: developing the angle, writing the hook, recording or sourcing the footage, editing the video, designing the supporting assets, and adapting the final content for different platforms.

You will work closely with Decibel’s marketing and community teams in a fast-moving environment where content is created, reviewed, and published quickly.

Responsibilities
- Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, Reddit, StockTwits, and other social platforms.
- Produce natural, platform-native UGC-style videos that do not feel like traditional corporate advertising.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, and visual treatments for social content.
- Record, edit, and deliver vertical videos consistently.
- Repurpose one concept into multiple
