We are seeking an
IT Systems Administrator
with strong expertise in
Active Directory
and
Identity Management
to support enterprise infrastructure and onboarding of newly acquired companies.

This role plays a key part in user lifecycle management, domain migrations, and security hardening, supporting a high-volume M&A; environment.

Active Directory & Identity Management (core focus)

• Manage and administer Active Directory (AD) environments (users, groups, OUs, GPOs

• Perform user provisioning and deprovisioning aligned with lifecycle policie

• Maintain and enforce access control and identity governance standard

• Support domain migrations and AD consolidation project

• Troubleshoot authentication, replication, and group policy issue

Infrastructure & Systems Administration

• Administer Windows Server environments and domain controllers

• Support hybrid identity setups (AD + Entra ID / Azure AD if applicable

• Maintain system uptime, patching, and configuration standards

• Manage DNS, DHCP, and related directory services

Security & Complianc
e





• Support AD-related security reviews and audits (privileged accounts, stale objects, etc.)

• Implement best practices for

• Least privilege access

• Privileged access management

• Password and authentication policies

• Assist with security tooling and SOC onboarding during acquisitions

Core technical

•
Strong experience with Active Directory administration

• Experience with:

• Group Policy (
GPO
)

• OU design and restructuring

• Domain migrations or consolidations

• Solid Windows Server experience

•
Azure AD / Entra
ID

• PowerShell scripting (automation for AD tasks)

• Identity lifecycle tools or IAM concepts

•
Experience in multi-domain or multi-tenant environment

• 3–7 years of IT infrastructure or systems admin experience.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-heavy environment.

• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

• Good English communication.
