Our client is a digital media company working with brands, agencies, vendors, and advertising partners to launch and manage digital advertising campaigns across display and paid social channels.

About the Role

As an
Ad Operations Specialist
, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of multiple digital advertising campaigns from launch to completion.

You will work across
display advertising, paid social, reporting, tracking, campaign optimization, and client communication
. This role requires someone who is comfortable with both the technical and operational side of digital media, including campaign setup, tags/pixels, reporting platforms, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation and execution of multiple digital advertising campaigns across
display and paid social
.




- Ensure campaigns are launched on time and according to contracts, IOs, media plans, KPIs, and client requirements.
- Set up, traffic, monitor, and optimize campaigns using platforms such as
Google Ad Manager
and paid social platforms.
- Implement and QA tracking elements such as
third-party tags, pixels, UTMs, and reporting links
.
- Monitor campaign performance, pacing, delivery, and key metrics on an ongoing basis.
- Identify campaign issues and coordinate troubleshooting with internal teams, external vendors, and platform partners.
- Prepare weekly and monthly client reports with performance insights and optimization recommendations.
- Communicate with clients, brand partners, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Stay updated on new and existing social advertising platforms and digital media tools.
