As a
Team Lead at JVP Management Inc
.,you will oversee the daily operations of both on-site and remote teams, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. You will be responsible for supervising team performance, monitoring attendance,



resolving operational issues, and supporting employees in their day-to-day responsibilities.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to coordinate multiple departments while maintaining clear communication with management. You will lead weekly meetings, track performance metrics, prepare productivity reports, and ensure that quality standards and business objectives are consistently achieved.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Barranquilla, Colombia, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Florida Time / Eastern Time).

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of both on-site and remote teams.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and overall performance.
- Ensure the proper functioning of operational systems and work tools.
- Provide operational support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
