We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and enablement of next-generation AI-powered solutions that enhance customer experiences and optimize internal business operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering production-grade Generative AI solutions while empowering engineering teams across the organization to integrate AI capabilities into their applications. You will collaborate with product, engineering, security, and business stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and compliant AI systems in a highly regulated environment.

What You'll Do
AI Architecture & Development
Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI and LLM-powered applications from concept to production.
Develop scalable AI services, APIs, intelligent agents, and data pipelines that support business-critical initiatives.
Establish architectural standards and best practices for AI application development.
AI Enablement & Integration
Serve as the technical bridge between the AI Center of Excellence and broader engineering teams.
Create reusable frameworks, templates, APIs, and microservices that simplify AI adoption across multiple development teams.
Guide engineering teams on integrating AI capabilities into existing applications and platforms.
Advanced AI Workflows
Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise use cases.
Build multi-agent systems, orchestration workflows, and automation solutions leveraging modern AI frameworks.
Optimize AI workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Production MLOps & Observability
