Project Coordinator

We are hiring a
Project Coordinator
to support a growing U.S.-based organization delivering technology and professional services projects.

This customer-facing role is idóneo for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects. You will help keep projects on schedule by coordinating communication, meetings, documentation, milestones, and follow-up from kickoff through completion.

This is a long-term, remote independent contractor opportunity for professionals based in Latin America. Advanced English is required, as you will work directly with U.S.-based customers and teams.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer onboarding and project readiness.
- Serve as a key customer contact during kickoff.
- Schedule meetings and manage project calendars.
- Track milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and action items.
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams.
- Maintain project documentation and tracking systems.




- Follow up proactively to prevent delays.
- Support project closeout and administrative reporting.
- Help deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, or Project Management.
- Experience supporting customer-facing projects.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Background in software, SaaS, IT, engineering, consulting, or professional services.
- Experience with software implementation or technical services projects is preferred.
