About the Role
Our client is a U.S.-based architecture firm seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter / Render Specialist to support commercial, retail, industrial, workplace, mixed-use, and tenant improvement projects.
This role combines technical construction documentation with high-quality architectural visualization — you'll prepare construction documents while also producing renderings, animations, and presentation materials that bring projects to life for clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
*Construction Documentation*
- Prepare construction documents for commercial, retail, industrial, workplace, mixed-use, and tenant improvement projects
- Develop and maintain drawings in Revit, with supporting work in AutoCAD as needed
- Coordinate drawing sets across project phases, ensuring accuracy and consistency
*Architectural Visualization*
- Produce conceptual renderings and photorealistic interior and exterior visualizations
- Create animation walkthroughs and lighting studies
- Develop materials and finishes for visualization purposes
- Integrate photography or drone imagery into renderings for enhanced realism
- Utilize rendering software and AI-assisted visualization tools to improve output quality and efficiency
