About the role:

Winona is looking for a creative Video Editor to produce eye-catching videos that drive engagement across our social media channels. You'll be responsible for editing and producing high-quality content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Seniority Level: Junior-Mid Level

Responsibilities:

Edit a variety of video content, including User Generated Content (UGC), explainer videos, and short-form digital content (15s, 30s, and 60s).
Apply consistent branding across all video assets while allowing for creative flexibility.
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously,



ensuring timely delivery while meeting project deadlines.
Collaborate effectively with project managers, marketers, and other team members to bring creative visions to life.
Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, best practices, and technologies.

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience in video editing.
A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing expertise; experience with graphic design projects is a plus.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Strong understanding of the post-production process, including offline editing, online editing, 2D motion design, sound design, and color correction/grading.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
