We’re hiring: Controller | Remote LATAM

Northbound Operating Partners is looking for a highly organized and experienced Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, month-end close, and finance process discipline across a fast-moving, multi-entity environment.

This is a remote, full-time position for candidates based in LATAM, specifically Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, or Peru. The role reports to the Finance leadership team and will work closely with the CFO, payroll, AP/AR, HR, and operations teams.

What we’re looking for:

✅ 5–8 years of progressive accounting or finance experience

✅ 2–3 years in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting leadership role

✅ Strong experience with month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and internal controls





✅ Experience managing finance workflows in remote or multi-entity organizations

✅ Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills

✅ Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting systems

✅ English C1 required

✅ Strong leadership, confidentiality, organization, and analytical skills

? Salary range: USD $2,000 – $3,500/month

? Availability to overlap with U.S. Eastern or Central Time business hours
