About the Role

As a Case Support Assistant, you will maintain regular communication with clients, explain case updates and next steps, and follow up on the documents needed to keep their immigration cases moving forward.

You will also review client information and prepare initial drafts of letters, forms, summaries, and other case-related documents.



This role is idóneo for someone who communicates confidently with clients, writes clearly in English, and can manage documentation with accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities
- Call clients to gather information, explain next steps, and provide timely updates.
- Follow up with clients and third parties to request missing documents and information.
- Review and organize case materials to ensure they are complete, accurate, and consistent.
- Draft letters, forms, written summaries, and other documents needed to move cases forward.
- Maintain detailed notes and updated case records in the internal system.
- Prepare supporting materials for appointments and assist with final document delivery and case closure.
- Escalate sensitive or unresolved matters to the Case Coordinator.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, or a closely related field.
- Recent graduates and candidates close to gradua
