About the Role
We are seeking a warm, highly articulate,



and strategic Client Success Manager to become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 20-25 small business clients. Reporting directly to the Agency Owner, you will take ownership of client relationships, communications, and account management operations, helping ensure clients receive exceptional support, strategic guidance, and a high level of care while allowing leadership to focus on the continued growth of the agency.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary, highly responsive point of contact for client communications across email, text, and virtual meetings.
Record concise 5-to-7-minute monthly Loom videos analyzing Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, and organic ranking trends to replace meetings when needed and save client time.
Triage incoming client requests, resolve operational roadblocks quickly, and manage task assignments seamlessly using ClickUp.
Review campaign performance proactively to identify opportunities, presenting natural upsells and service expansions (e.g., adding
